SRSLY chocolate - The Hundo Oko Caribe Chocolate

We roast our cacao here in Texas just like our BBQ, low and slow. It keeps our beans mellow and rich, which is important in an unsweetened chocolate. This brings out jammy dark fruit notes of raisins, plum and red wine.
